Q: Air gap in tube?
1. Unplug the damper.
2. Lift up the damper, let the air and ink flow back to ink bottle.
3. Use the "Vacuum Pump" to suck the ink again.


If you keep getting the air bubbles and gaps in tube:
4. Let the printer and bulk ink system sit there over night, the air gap will disapper gradually.
5. It could be the problem caused by the damaged damper, please contact us for a replacement.
