Q: Why the color is off? (Color missing or banding)
1. Make sure you have the right order of colors.
2. Please make sure if you have 2 "Through Holes" on top of ink bottle's cap. You can remove the seal from the bottle top to fully expose the second air hole.
3. Please check if you have release all the clips/ink stoppers. If you just installed our ink kit you can use a hair dryer to soften the tubes. It can make the ink flow smoothly.


4. Make sure you have pushed down/ plugged in the dampers tightly on top of nozzles. Because the dampers did not get into the nozzles, ink will transfer/flow to other nozzle, so colors are mixed up. Please push down the dampers tightly but carefully, do not break the nozzles.
5. Please make sure you have flushed out the old ink, you can try the following page to purge out the old ink:

If color is still incorrect:
6. Take out the dampers carefully.
7. Put the original cartridges and print several pages to see if the color is correct. (If the original cartridge has the same problem, you may need to re-install Printer's Driver for your Operation System.)
8. Check the dampers, all the dampers should have over 90% ink.
9. Fix and push the dampers back to nozzle.
10. You can do the head clean, but dont do it over 4 times in a row, you need to take 2 hours after 4 times cleanings.
