Q: Is your i-remove product safe for printer?
A: Yes, i-Remove inkjet printer clog remover can be used safely with your printer. Just follow the instruction.
Q: Can your clog remover solve all kind of clogs?
A: No, i-remove is designed to remove clog that is due by the dried ink inside the nozzle head. If your printer clog problem is caused by tear and ware or is physical damaged, we suggest that you send your printer to your printer manufacture authorized repair center.
Q: How to prevent ink clog problem.
A: The printer head is where most clogs occur, the small holes that makes up the inkjet printers head can become clogged with ink that has dried at its surface. All printers have a cleaning option to clean the printer head. We suggest that you at least make a full color print weekly and do at least one clean cycle every other week.
