Just to let you know that I set up the CIS system without any issues!!
A couple quick nozzle cleans and no clogging at all!
I then generated custom profiles for the IRK4-nano ink with my papers and everything prints just great!
For the few IRK4-nano ink prints that I did manage to print out, yes I do like this ink very much, color matched well but most
important that the gloss was extremely close to the Epson OEM ink.
The color match and gloss to Epson's OEM is super.
I have printed over 100 photos and all I can say is the CIS system
works extremely well and I will continue to use IR ink for a long, long time!
Here is a photo of my R2880 with the IR CIS up and running.
The install was fairly simple for me I'm a degree'd electrical/mechanical engineer so I can usually figure things out.
The installation instructions need some work though, such as, the
first time I filled the cartridges, I did the ink source bottles
higher than the cartridges and pulled a slight vacuum to start the fill, that worked ok but if you are not
aware the ink will overfill and flow out of the ports unless you use those stop clips quickly to stop the flow.
The other item missing in the instructions is how to reset the inks
levels using those two little slider switches, I found the video on
your site how to do it, but it would be nice if it was available in the instructions.
Thanks again for all your help and guidance.

Some feedback from InkRepublic:
1. If you plan to buy our R2880 system with IRK4-nano inks, please specify it in paypal or google checkout notes. If you have any questions, please contact CustomerCare@InkRepublic.com
3. InkRepublic R2880 Chipset & Resetting procedure -
Many R1900 or R2880 CIS requires you take out the cartridges to reset levels, by doing that, some air may be introduced to the cartridges then clog your printer soon.
With our InkRepublic CIS, the chipsets and cartridge/damper are separated, hence you do not have to remove entire cartridges/dampers in order to reset ink levels, all you need is to work on the switches on the chipset bar, and reset ink levels easily, see the video below:
