HI InkRepublic,
I just noticed that you did not have any testimonials for 2010, and so I thought I would offer mine. Here it is. You are welcome to use my name and business website at the end of the testimonial.
I have been dealing with InkRepublic for the last 5 years and have nothing but praise for them.
I would highly recommend this company for both service and product quality.
I have printed close to 100,000 colour pages for my children's music books,
first on my Epson RX620 and then, when it died, on my Epson R1800.
I can't imagine how much money I have saved by purchasing my ink and system from these guys.
Two days ago my R1800 printer died during a large print job and I was forced to change to a new system since that printer
is no longer available.
So, I bought the Epson R1400 and than meant that I needed a new CIS system and fast because I had a big printing deadline.
I left a frantic message on the answering machine and Danny returned my call the same day.
Danny said he would ship me a new system that I purchased... and it would arrive the next day!
I like the colours on the 1800 a bit better, they were a bit warmer in tone.
This 1400 printer has a cooler slightly reddish hue to it.
But I am happy with it still because 1400 is a 6-color printer not 8.
My books are printing and my music studios will be pleased when the books arrive.
I was worried about the colours at first because the colours were a little bit off at first,
but then I changed the setting form RBG to CMYK and things were much better.
I am so happy to have a working printer again. Thanks for helping me so fast.
Now that is what I call great customer service!
If you are considering using CIS, know that if you use InkRepublic, you too will be very happy with both their product and service.
