InkRepublic.com - REVIEW OF THE INK REPUBLIC CIS SYSTEM FOR EPSON C-120 BY JAMES KELLEY TORA-CHI INTERNATIONAL

I called Amanda and Danny at inkrepublic.com and told them how afraid I was of "inks not recognized" because of another cis system I purchased that did not work correctly. Danny was familiar with this problem and assured me they keep up with the latest chipsets, and not to worry.
This system is a little more intimidating, lots of little pieces and doo-dads and I thought I would need a degree in engineering to install it. It came with a CD with lots of pictures showing the step by step installation, but not a lot in the form of written instructions. I got a little information from their website, but after familiarizing myself with the pieces and install pics on the cd I went for it. It was really quite simple after all. The installation pics are step by step and very easy to understand and install.
I fired up the printer, it charged great and printed beautifully from the start.
I have done heat press tests with this and the colors are true, no shifting or banding and they look great. This system has been flawless and the pigment inks for heat transfer are the best.
INKREPUBLIC.COM GETS MY 5 STAR TWO THUMBS UP REVIEW FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR BELIEVING IN THEIR PRODUCT. THIS CIS SYSTEM FOR THE C120 IS OUTSTANDING, WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
I hope this gives some folks a little help, I was a little scared to install it but it really isn't all that hard. Sometimes I am kind of stupid and can make things more difficult, Murphy's law you know.
I have attached some pics of how it is installed and if you notice the top left side of my printer is altered a little. I actually cut away some of the plastic cover so the ink lines would not be hitting it during printing. This is just a personal preference and did not hurt the printer function at all, I believe it actually keeps it running smoothly and of course more quietly.
( pretty sure I have voided my manufacturers warranty though. But what I am saving on inks I can always go but another C120 for the price of a new set of Genuine Epson Durabrites)
